Our filter foams are designed with the future in mind. We pay close attention to emerging trends and incorporate them into our product and process development. Environmental considerations are fundamental to filter foams. Keeping contaminants contained, filter foams play a vital role in keeping our environments comfortable and clean.

By continually reimagining how products are utilized, we continually develop new methodologies and formulations adding value across the board to consumers, manufacturers, and the environment.
The FilterPore Series consists of thermal reticulated polyurethane foams – open-cell foams that offer consistent pore size, are strong and easily fabricated, durable, and customizable. The flexible skeletal foam structures are extraordinarily versatile materials that can be fabricated into a multitude of different products and applications customizable to meet filtration requirements. They can also be combined with other types of media to produce unique compositions to meet unique needs.

WITP foam filters present high-quality characteristics such as high tensile, elongation, and low tear properties, making them compatible with fabrication techniques such as cutting, shaping, stapling, tacking, stitching, cementing, laminating, and grommeting.

Lightweight, open-cell structures with low combustibility offer effective seals for automotive lights, side mirrors, ducts, exterior and interior applications.

FilterPoreâ„¢ S Series Open-Cell Reticulated Foam

FilterPoreâ„¢ S is a cell-controlled polyester foam with a defined and uniform pore size. The number of pores is defined in PPI (pores per linear inch).

FilterPoreâ„¢ S is thermally reticulated with excellent filtration properties. This product is well suited for air and ceramic filter applications, medical, automotive and many other uses.

Standard availability in buns, sheets, rolls, and die cuts.

Custom availability in colors, grades, and cuts available.

Depending on the grade – resistant to many chemicals, cleaning agents, solvents, acids, and alkalis.
