Climate Controlled
Seating Foams

We developed the ComfortFlow reticulated foam for climate control seating (CCS) in active and passive ventilated seats.

Developed as the medium to allow for air flow between the seat system and the surface trim while maintaining comfort.

ComfortFlow is a composite comprised of a thermally reticulated polyether foam, lined with scrim on the top and bottom surfaces.

Topper Pads

We take performance the extra mile by applying innovative design and production methods to topper pads. Our open-cell polyurethane products are available with a variety of PSA (pressure-sensitive adhesive) and lamination options.

Designed to meet most OEM automotive interior foam specifications and requirements we engineer high-quality, low-VOC emission topper pads to drive value through craftsmanship, comfort, and durability.

TOPPER PAD MATERIALS:

  • AutoBond Flexible Foam: density 1.6-3.9 lb/ft3 or 25.5– 62.5 kg/m3
  • Firmness range: 15-60 (25% IFD lb/50 in2)
  • AutoBond LF Flexible Foam (low emission, low VOC, low odor)
  • AdaptiPedicâ„¢: adaptive comfort & support viscoelastic flexible foam
  • ComfortFlowâ„¢: CCS ventilation flexible foam
  • PSA backed: acrylic and rubber-based PSA options available

FINE TUNING TO FINISHING TOUCHES

Gasket/Seal Foams

Our polyurethane foam products accommodate air seals, water seals, toner seals, and gasket seals. Lightweight, open-cell structures with low combustibility offer effective seals for automotive lights, side mirrors, ducts, exterior and interior applications.

The scope is not limited to urethane but includes ethylene propylene diene monomer rubber (EPDM) and polyethylenes.
